Persona is based on an ideology that by categorizing characters into archetypes, you can know their background, which shows their motivations, and then, allows you to predict their behavior. Persona has 32 archetypal themes, broken down into heroes, heroines, villains and villainesses, and contains details of their personality traits, qualities, flaws, background, occupations and interactions with other personalities. You can create Smart Groups based on attributes like tags, or shape details of characters such as hair color or hobbies. There's even a Names database with over 16,000 names, showing meaning and origin. The character profiles contained within Persona will guide you in understanding the behavior and dialogue of your character based on archetype, background, and motivation. Guessing? Try knowing!
