- Adobe Reader® 9 or later software and above for viewing PDF files created with Adobe Presenter
- Adobe Flash® Player 9 or later software for viewing multimedia content
- Microsoft® PowerPoint 2010 or 2013 or 2016
- Microsoft® XML Library 6.0 for publishing the content.
- QuickTime software and Adobe Media Encoder 6.0 required for multimedia features
- Internet connection for generating closed captions in PVX, and publishing projects
Academic Institutions that are accredited:- K12 schools: Public, Vocational and Private schools
- Higher Ed schools: 2-year and 4-year Colleges and Universities, Community Colleges, Technical Institutions and Graduate Schools.
- Research Labs:qualify for academic editions IF recognized by the Dept of Education; government recognized labs do not qualify.
- Hospitals:qualify for academic editions IF they are wholly owned by a university.
